What is my login information?
Login using your CAOT credentials (username and password). If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password. If you need assistance regarding your username and password, please contact membership@caot.ca.
Where can I find my purchased products?
Your purchased products are available to access using My Dashboard at education.caot.ca.
Where can I find my receipts?
Login to your CAOT “My Account”. Select “My Professional Development”, then “My Event Registrations”, and select the eye next to the receipt you’re looking for.
Where can I find my certificate and/or transcript?
For professional development activities that you completed on this learning management system (LMS), your certificates and transcripts are available to access using My Dashboard at education.caot.ca.
If you completed your professional development activity prior to the transition to this LMS, you can access your certificates through your CAOT My Account, by following the link in the "My Professional Development" section of your profile to "Search My Emails" for your certificate email with PDF attachment of your certificate.
How do I search by area of practice?
In the Catalogue, you may search by Category, which includes client age groups, language, and selected areas of practice. For all other areas of practice, identify the name of the area of practice that best corresponds to your area of practice in CAOT's categorized Areas of Practice. Then search by Keyword with this area of practice to find the full list of professional development activities relevant to your practice.
How can I view the website in another language?
To view the website in another language, select "Accessibility & Translations" at the top of the page. A Recite Me toolbar will appear at the top. Select the following icon
to change your viewing language of the website.
Please note that the text on the website, including the description of professional development activities, will be automatically generated into another language. However the content of the professional development activities remain in the original language it was advertised in. You may also consult the language of the professional development activity within the description when browsing the Catalogue.
How can I access accessibility features?
Select "Accessibility & Translations" at the top of the page. A Recite Me toolbar will appear at the top. The following accessibility features are accessible:
