Many occupational therapists continuously identify an interest in fostering their skills or moving into new roles relating to leadership, however, there are few opportunities to enhance their abilities (Recigno et al., 2024). This series of two 1-hour webinars will build upon one another and provide practical and applicable leadership skills development, awareness, and growth.
