This online course offers occupational therapy professionals an opportunity to better understand trauma and the occupational therapy role.

The course provides occupational therapists with foundational knowledge about primary care and the services they can provide in this setting. The module introduces learners to primary care, including definitions, core elements, equity-oriented primary care, models to support collaborative interprofessional practice and case examples. This module has been collaboratively developed with six professions and designed to provide a common understanding of primary care for all interprofessional primary care providers.
