Presented by: Ruth Duggan

Occupational therapists assist clients with all areas of life, including vocational performance. Transferable Skills Analysis is a process by which we can assist clients to identify realistic vocational options that fit the their skills, abilities, and work interests, particularly after a life changing injury or illness (Corbett, 2016).

This webinar will provide an overview of Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA) and its role in vocational rehabilitation. Participants will learn the key steps involved in conducting a TSA using a structured methodology and understand how this process supports evidence-based recommendations for return-to-work planning. This webinar will also explore digital tools that enhance the efficiency and consistency of TSA practices.

After taking part in this webinar, participants will be able to:

  1. Define Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA) and its role in vocational rehabilitation.
